Why is Samsung app so much better??

I love this app... Until level 11. I have an iPhone, my pal has a Samsung and Cartoon Wars on the Samsung is 400times better! You have the option to go back levels. If you lose a battle you still keep all of your coins so you can still upgrade even if you lose.
Why cant both apps be the same and rocking those awesome features for the Samsung?
